Jean Colbert papers, 1949-1978.

The Jean Colbert collection contains 15 undated audio cassettes with Colbert's travel commentary and interviews including an interview with Theodore White, 1978, who wrote "In Search of History". There are 17 dated reel to reel tapes, 1949-1978, of interviews with Eleanor Roosevelt, Dr. Sam Shepard, Merle Oberon, Pearl Bailey, Paul Anka, Joan Crawford, among others. Eight black and white photographs with Jean and personalities such as Liberace and Billie Jean King, are included, as well as biographical material, guest lists, clippings, and three art prints.
